I. Equipment introduction
The automatic 1+1 double-station flat mask machine is optimized and developed by high-tech core engineers based on the structure of 1+1 flat face mask machine. The welding ear structure is converted from single station to double station, and the machine capacity is doubled and the output is more than 160 pieces/minute, which is the current newest and most popular the mask machines with merits of high production speed, high stability, small landing area and high performance-cost ratio.
After installation the production raw materials on the feeding rack and commission the machine well, the machine will automatically produce mask. It Only need one person to do the packaging, and it fully realizes the whole process of automated production.
The equipment adopts ultrasonic welding method with sanitary and environmental merits.
This machine can produce all kinds of non-woven masks, smooth cloth masks, gauze masks, activated carbon masks, double nose bridge masks etc. It can produce 1-4 layers of non-woven mask .
